2. Design & Drawings
We handle all the necessary architectural and technical drawings to meet Nova Scotia Building Codes. This design phase involves a one-time fee. You own the results—even if you decide not to move forward with us. We at SALT BOX work only with guaranteed outcomes, always prioritizing the client’s best interest at every step.
3. From Design to Production
Once the design is finalized and approved by you, we’ll provide a detailed final quote. After you sign off on the plans, we’ll request a deposit to secure your project. At that point, your build officially moves into production at our facility in Sackville. You’ll be onboarded into our project tracking system and receive regular updates, so you stay informed every step of the way.
4. Delivery Timeline & Site Preparation
Delivery typically occurs within 90 days, though it can often be sooner—depending on the current production schedule at our Sackville facility. While we build your unit, you’ll need to prepare the site where your new home or business will be delivered. This includes ensuring proper access, foundation, and utility connections, if required
