  • Exterior Finish: Weather-resistant paint, optional cladding (wood, steel, or composite) for aesthetic appeal.
  • Insulation: Spray foam or rigid panel insulation in walls, ceiling, and floor.
  • Doors & Windows: Steel entry door(s), small frosted or louvered windows for ventilation and natural light.

  • Two Separate Washrooms (or 1 large accessible unit), each with:
    • Standard flush toilet (or composting/low-water unit for off-grid)
    • Sink with hot/cold running water

    • Ventilation fan or louvered vent
  • Flooring: Non-slip, waterproof vinyl or epoxy-coated flooring.
